Altair Joaquim has been a member of the ANJE governing bodies since January 2017, when he became an alternate member of the Supervisory Board.
He is the founder of CaviarBlanc, an innovative project that began to take shape in 2011 through an excellent product for all lovers of cuisine and natural ingredients (escargot caviar). CaviarBlanc is still growing, introducing itself on international markets with recognised quality and irreverence, through a new, distinctive and 100% natural flavour.
He has a bachelor's degree in Financial Management and began his career in financial auditing, more precisely in an Audit Firm. In 2010, he joined an Algarve consultancy firm where he works in financial consultancy. In 2011, he also started his own business.
